MTV VMAs: Britney Spears Performs "Make Me" and "Me, Myself & I" With G-Eazy

The pop icon made a triumphant return to the VMAs stage for the first time in 10 years with a world premiere performance of her latest single.

Britney Spears returned to the MTV Video Music Awards stage for the first time in 10 years on Sunday night.

The pop icon was joined by rapper G-Eazy for the world premiere performance of her hit "Make Me," the first single off of her newly released ninth album Glory (a follow-up to 2013's Britney Jean).

Spears, dressed in a glittery yellow leotard, showed off her dance moves onstage as G-Eazy took the mic to join her on her latest single. Spears then returned the favor by singing Bebe Rexha's vocal parts on G-Eazy's hit "Me, Myself & I."

The singer, who has garnered a total of 28 nominations and won five Moonmen over the course of her career, last appeared at the VMAs in 2007, when she made an ill-fated comeback attempt with a performance of her single "Gimme More."

The 2016 MTV VMAs took place at Madison Square Garden in New York on Sunday evening.
