Jared Leto and Eric Bana also made appearances at the brand's evening garden party, held during Paris Haute Couture Week.

PARIS – Alexander Ludwig conquered Paris Tuesday night, as the Vikings star was feted by Bulgari as their new brand ambassador.

He was joined by fellow ambassador Eric Bana and the brand’s muse, former first lady of France Carla Bruni, at the city’s swanky Michelin-starred Apicius restaurant.

"I feel very privileged to be associated with such an incredibly prestigious brand,” he said. “I've long admired its tradition of impeccable design and it is also very appealing to me because the product is very youthful and modern.”

Jared Leto made a quick appearance in a black satin jacket after donning denim, women's jeans and cowboy boots at Chanel earlier in the day, while a relaxed Bana stayed through the evening, enjoying the tunes played by New York DJ Marjorie Gubelmann.

Zachary Quinto made a two-day trip for the fete, before starting production on the indie Michael with James Franco. “I have no idea what to expect,” he said of working with the prolific Franco. “It just got greenlit the other day so that’s why I can even talk about it. But I’ll see his play when I get back and then we’ll begin prep.”

Ludwig kept company with his The Final Girls co-star Nina Dobrev, who is in town for haute couture week. The two posed for cell phone photos with friends, before being photobombed by Bana.

“Paris is a little bit more relaxed and I feel a little bit more in my element here because I can speak French,” said the Canadian, who learned the language to communicate with her Quebecois step-siblings.

The Vampire Diaries star is hitting several shows during the week, including Versace, Chanel and Elie Saab, while face-timing with her stylist Ilaria Urbinati back in L.A. She changed out of the Blumarine cocktail dress she wore for an earlier dinner at the Italian embassy in favor of a floor length Saab gown.

“It’s my first Paris Fashion Week, and it’s very exciting to be here. I’m not like everyone else – I’m not jaded yet.”
