Touring agent Harold Frogét has switched agencies.

Former CAA touring agent Harold Frogét has joined UTA, becoming the 12th agent to do so this month, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

Frogét spent 11 years working in CAA's comedy and music touring department, focusing on booking for corporate and private events, and he will do the same at his new agency.

Already in UTA's touring department are new comedy touring head Nick Nuciforo and agent Andrew Skikne, both recently of CAA. Nuciforo was one of the five agents who shocked the industry March 31 by abruptly leaving CAA to become UTA partners.

Their former agency has begun arbitration against Nuciforo and fellow defectors Jason Heyman and Martin Lesak, alleging breach of contract, and also is suing UTA and its new partners Greg Cavic and Gregory McKnight for claims including intentional interference with contractual relations and breach of fiduciary duty.

All told, more than 150 clients have followed or will follow the dozen agents to UTA, with a growing list of marquee names that includes Chris Pratt, Will Ferrell, Ed Helms, Zach Galifianakis and George Lopez.
