Unscripted house Jupiter Entertainment has signed with CAA for representation. The 20-year-old production company, which sold a majority stake in to European broadcaster Sky in 2015, is most notably behind Oxygen's Snapped.

Snapped, now in its 18th season, tells the non-fiction narratives of women who've either murdered, attempted murder or been accused of murder. It first premiered back in 2004 and is currently in production on seasons 20 and 21.

Jupiter Entertainment, which has developed a specialty in true crime fare, is also behind Wild West Alaska (Animal Planet), Homicide Hunter (ID), Killer Couples (Oxygen), Fatal Attraction (TV One) and National Enquirer Investigates (REELZ).

The company, founded by Stephen Land in 1996, named Allison Wallach president in 2015. The year also saw it sell a 60 percent stake to Sky. Jupiter has corporate offices in Knoxville, Tenn., and New York — along with a Los Angeles postproduction location.
