What starts as a tragic tale of refugee escaping to Europe takes a decidedly strange turn in the trailer for Jupiter's Moon, the highly anticipated new film from director Kornel Mundruczo.

The Hungarian filmmaker is making his Cannes competition debut with Jupiter's Moon after wowing critics —and winning the Un Certain Regard prize — for White God in Cannes in 2014.
