Entertainment One Films (eOne) has picked up North American rights to Dior and I, a new fashion documentary from director Frederic Tcheng.

The doc, which premiered in Telluride, is a behind-the-scenes look at Christian Dior's new creative director, Raf Simons, as he creates his first Haute Couture collection for the iconic label. eOne is planning a theatrical release of the title later this year.

Dior and I takes the audience behind the curtain of one of the world’s most venerated fashion houses, and offers a captivating, intimate glimpse into one of its brightest minds,” said Dylan Wiley, eOne Films U.S. senior vice president and general manager. “Tcheng’s vivid film captures the twists and turns of the artistic process in a poignant, beautiful way, and we are proud to share it with moviegoers.”

The deal for the film was negotiated for eOne Films by Sejin Croninger, vice resident worldwide acquisitions, and for the filmmakers by Josh Braun and David Koh of Submarine.
