Capri Film Festival changes name

Now called Honda Int'l Film Festival

ROME — The Capri-Hollywood Film Festival on Friday announced that it is changing its name to the Honda International Film Festival, making it the  first Italian festival to incorporate the name of a major sponsor into its title.

Officials also announced that Val Kilmer will be guest of honor at this year’s 13th edition. Kilmer, who was on hand for last year’s event, will arrive directly from the Bulgarian set of “Fake Identity.” Film producer Mark Canton was the guest of honor last year.

The renamed festival runs Dec. 27-Jan. 2.
