The trio of stars in Chanel's latest ad campaign, shot by Lagerfeld, are sporting the Sound of Music-inspired pre-fall collection of fair isle sweaters, Victorian blouses and thigh-high lace-up boots. The Paris-Salzburg Métiers d'Art collection, which showed first in Salzburg, Austria last December and then New York just a few weeks ago, looks right at home against the avocado-green retro furniture and vintage Austrian casino posters.

With numerous Chanel shows under his belt, editorial appearances for both Chanel and Fendi, as well as an editorial in German Vogue, Kroenig is well on his way to becoming the industry's "It" boy. Such is the life when you know Karl Lagerfeld as "Uncle Karl."
