Mary Beth McAdaragh and Scott Grogin are both joining the company.

CBS Television Distribution has hired two key executives, announcing the Thursday appointments of Mary Beth McAdaragh and Scott Grogin.

The two join the company as executive vice presidents, with the respective purviews of marketing and communications. "Mary Beth and Scott are two of the most accomplished executives in their respective fields — bringing with them a combined 40-plus years of experience," said CTD president Paul Franklin. "They will both be major assets to our team, providing exciting perspectives on communications and marketing in today’s syndicated television landscape."

McAdaragh, who comes to CTD after a successful tenure as an independent consultant working with the likes of Debmar-Mercury, replaces a retiring Michael Mischler. Her résumé also includes stints at MyNetworkTV, NBC Universal Television Distribution and Columbia TriStar Television Distribution.

Grogin succeeds John Wentworth. The longtime CTD flack announced his departure last fall. Grogin comes from Fox Networks Group after working at Fox since 2000.
