CEO Lulla leaves Alva Brothers

Returns to former employer Times Global Broadcasting

HONG KONG -- Sunil Lulla has resigned as CEO of Alva Brothers, the Indian company that has a TV joint venture with Turner International. He will now return to Times Global Broadcasting, part of the Bennett Coleman combine, where he spent two years prior to moving to Alva.
Lulla had been on the board of Alva, its Miditech subsidiary and Real Global Broadcasting, the Turner co-venture which has struggled to win an audience with its Hindi-language general entertainment channel Real.
Reporting to Bennett Coleman MD Vineet Jain, Lulla will oversee the Times Now, ET Now and Zoom channels.
Times Global's previous CEO Chintamani Rao becomes vice chairman.
