First Look: Charlie Hunnam as King Arthur in Guy Ritchie's Epic

The first photo has been released of Charlie Hunnam in costume as the title character in director Guy Ritchie's upcoming Knights of the Round Table: King Arthur, a retelling of the legend of Camelot.
In a photo Ritchie posted to Twitter on Tuesday, Hunnam — best known for playing leather-loving Jax on FX's recently concluded drama Sons of Anarchy — can be seen wearing a heavy fur coat.
"First day on KORT," Ritchie captioned the pic.
The Warner Bros. project, also starring Astrid Berges-Frisbey (Pirates of the Carribean: On Stranger Tides) as Guinevere, is set for release on July 22, 2016.
The studio is presumably hoping the film fares better than Disney's 2004 Antoine Fuqua-directed King Arthur, which topped out at $52 million domestically at the box office. That film starred Clive Owen, Ioan Gruffudd and Keira Knightley.
