Charlie Sheen returns to work

'Two and a Half Men' production resumes

Charlie Sheen has returned to the set of "Two and a Half Men."

Producing studio Warner Bros. TV on Tuesday said that it has resumed production on the CBS sitcom starring Sheen, which was shut down Feb. 23 when Sheen announced he was going into rehab.

Sheen returned to work a day after pleading not guilty in a Colorado court house to charges of domestic violence stemming from his Christmas Day arrest.

"Men" is slated to film episode 19 this week. It is not clear if the hit sitcom will be able to fulfill its 24-episode order for this season.

The three-week shutdown put the series two weeks behind schedule, as it had a weeklong built-in hiatus previously slated for March.

Sheen's jury trial is scheduled to start July 21, which falls during "Men'"s summer hiatus.
