Charlotte Rampling set for Stockholm honor

Festival will give actress its lifetime achievement award

BERLIN -- British actress Charlotte Rampling will receive the Stockholm International Film Festival's lifetime achievement award.

The star of "Stardust Memories" (1980) and "Swimming Pool" (2003) will attend the festival, which is set to run Nov.20-30. Rampling also will participate in a Q&A after a screening of "The Duchess," in which she stars alongside Keira Knightley and Ralph Fiennes.

Previous winners of Stockholm's Bronze Horse statuette include Roman Polanski, Lauren Bacall, David Lynch and Oliver Stone.
