Chloe Sevigny to Make Directorial Debut With 'Kitty'
Ione Skye, Lee Meriwether and Edie Yvonne star in the short film based on a Paul Bowles story.
Chloe Sevigny is making her directorial debut with the short film Kitty.
Based on Paul Bowles' short story of the same name, the indie shooting in Los Angeles stars Ione Skye, Lee Meriwether and Edie Yvonne as it portrays a little girl who dreams of becoming a kitten and finds herself transformed into one.
Kitty is produced by Lizzie Nastro and Christina Piovesan of Toronto-based indie producer First Generation Films. Sevigny starred on FX’s American Horror Story: Asylum and American Horror Story: Hotel, and earlier won a Golden Globe for best supporting actress for her work on HBO's Big Love.
Her other credits include Bloodline, Portlandia and the film Electric Slide.
