The singer allegedly snatched a woman's smartphone after she tried to snap a picture of him.

Chris Brown could be in trouble again -- this time, he's accused of stealing an iPhone from a fan, and driving away with the device.

According to reports, the controversial R&B star allegedly swiped a woman's phone after she attempted to snap him leaving a Miami nightclub on Sunday morning.

Police told NBC 6 Miami that Christal Spann, 24, angered Brown -- who'd been partying with rapper Tyga at the hotspot Cameo -- when she followed the 22-year-old singer outside and took a photo while he was sitting in his black Bentley. "B---h you ain’t going to put that on no website," Brown snapped, grabbing Spann's $500 iPhone 4S, rolling up his window and speeding away.

Now Brown is being investigated for "robbery by sudden snatching," said police. Meanwhile, the Florida State Attorney's office was planning to issue an arrest warrant.

VIDEO: Rihanna Features Chris Brown In Sexually Charged "Birthday Cake" Remix

A rep for Brown did not immediately respond to a request for comment. So far, he has remained silent on Twitter, his social-media mouthpiece of choice.

Brown made headlines earlier this week when he appeared in a sexually-charged remix of Rihanna's song "Birthday Cake." In turn, he features his ex-girlfriend in an update of his song "Turn Up the Music," from his album F.A.M.E, which won a Grammy Award for best R&B album this year.

Fans and critics alike have not yet forgiven Brown for his felony assault on Rihanna in 2009, and he remains angry over the continued backlash. When Good Morning America anchor Robin Roberts asked about the incident during an interview last year, the singer -- who remains on probation -- responded by breaking a window in the green room.
