Tyra Banks also opened up about the challenges she has had with conceiving children.

Chrissy Teigen and Tyra Banks had an emotional conversation on FABLife about the difficulties they've endured while trying to have children.

In an episode of the new talk show airing on Monday, Sept. 21, Teigen said that in interviews she always is asked about when she will have children with husband John Legend.

"I can’t imagine being that nosy to be like, 'So, when are the kids coming?' " said Teigen. "Because who knows what somebody’s going through?"

Teigen added, "I will say, honestly, John and I were having trouble. … We would have had kids five, six years ago if it happened. It's been a process."

"We’ve seen fertility doctors," revealed Teigen, "and then once you open up about all those things to other people, you start learning that a lot of other people in your life are seeing these people, and they have this shame about it."

She said that she gets frustrated when people ask her when she is going to have children because one day somebody will ask a girl who really is struggling, and the question will be hurtful to her.

"I hate that, so I hate it," she said. "Stop asking me."

Banks decided to share her own story about the issues she has been facing and said she is tired of being asked why she doesn't have children.

"You don’t know — you don’t know what I’m going through," she said and began to cry. “When I was 23 years old, I used to tell myself, ‘In three years, I’m going to have kids.’ Then I turned 24. ‘In three years, I’m going to have kids.’ Every single year, I kept saying that. And then, after a while, it’s like, 'OK, now I want to, and it’s not so easy.' ”
