The re-vamped location provides shoppers with two levels of designer gear, a VIP area and even a custom fireplace.

Dior fans and celeb brand faces such as Charlize Theron, Natalie Portman and Jennifer Lawrence won’t have to wait any longer to get their retail fix--after a year long wait, the Beverly Hills boutique on North Rodeo Drive will re-open its doors on Thursday.

Originally opened in 1990, the updated 5,000 square-foot- space features two stories of designer dream apparel, with luxe interior design by the world-famous retail designer, Peter Marino, who is also responsible for most of the Chanel boutiques around the world.

The redesign boasts five rooms on the first floor (including individual handbag and shoe salons) -- decorated with contemporary art and furniture from designers such as Claude Lalanne and sculptor Jeff Zimmerman, as the backdrop for Dior’s infamous wares. Although it’s filled with artwork, company CEO Sidney Toledano insists the store has a relaxed and comfortable feel.

"We want to give the feeling of an apartment,” he said. Marino echoed his sentiment: “It’s kind of like how I want to live,” he said of the space.

Hollywood’s elite can escape prying paparazzi on the street level and hit the exclusive VIP area in the mezzanine for private appointments. However, if shopping among the masses is preferred, the ready-to-wear salon is complete with a custom fireplace and seating area, which leads to the fine jewelry room.
