Christina Hendricks' Stylish Week Around Town
The "Mad Men" actress hops onto the Hollywood fashion bandwagon.
Christina Hendricks is a very stylish girl. Now only has she modelled for designer Vivienne Westwood's ad campaign, but she's hosting a lot of Hollywood fashion events around town all of a sudden. Tuesday night October 18, she hosted a dinner for the famous Italian jewelry company Buccellati at the Chateau Marmont - and she wasn't wearing Buccellati!! She wore vintage earrings from India, her stylist and bff Lawren Sample told us. Hendricks' black sequin sweater and leather skirt were by L'Wren Scott.
Other guests at the Buccelati dinner included stylist Linda Medvene, Sample, members of the Buccellati family, and Mad Men costume designer Janie Bryant. The dinner was organized by New York pr titan Tracy Paul, who was in town to host a showing of her clients at L'Ermitage.
On Saturday night this week, October 15, Hendricks and her actor husband Geoffrey Arend will host a party at the Rodeo Drive Brooks Brothers store. It's in honor of Mad Men actor Bryan Batts' new design book Big Easy Style. Batts played ad man Salvatore on the first few seasons of the iconic show - but he has another life as a home design store owner in New Orleans.
