Disney's 'Cinderella' Gets Teaser Trailer (Video)

The live-action remake from director Kenneth Branagh spotlights the glass slipper in a new promo.

Disney's Cinderella has its first teaser.

The minute-long trailer doesn't include any footage from the live-action redo, starring Downton Abbey's Lily James in the title role. Instead, it teases the glass slipper at the center of the Cinderella tale.

Cate Blanchett stars as the wicked stepmother, Richard Madden is Prince Charming and Helena Bonham Carter plays the fairy godmother in the Kenneth Branagh-directed feature.

Attendees at CinemaCon in March were treated to a preview of the film, featuring big, bright costumes and a comedic scene with Bonham Carter turning the pumpkin into a chariot for Cinderella.

Disney's Cinderella hits theaters March 2015.
