Cineflix Media Rebrands International Sales Arm

The Canadian producer is relaunching Cineflix International and adding to its sales slate ahead of MIPCOM.

TORONTO -- Canadian producer Cineflix Media is relaunching its international distribution arm as Cineflix Rights ahead of MIPCOM.

The rebranding of the former Cineflix International division, with 2500 hours of programming in its catalogue, comes amid new sales deals with ZDF for Weird or What? With William Shatner, and Galaxie Presse/France 5 picking up the Mayday series.

Cineflix Rights also sold Planète+ France the Border Security, Urban Legends and Nazi Hunters series.

The new division will also bring to MIPCOM new programming fro Australia¹s Seven Network, UK¹s Daisybeck Productions and ITN productions.

Also on the Cineflix Rights’ sales slate is new series form Canadian indie producers Frantic Films, Cream Productions and Force 4 Entertainment.
