Additionally, to help introduce the online archive, Ebert will host a live online chat today at 5 p.m. PDT on the site.

"It is always fascinating to go back and see what was being said about a film before it opened," Ebert said. "The disagreements, between me and Siskel and Roeper, will be fun to revisit, and even more exciting will be our sense of discovery when we find something like 'Boyz N the Hood,' 'Fargo,' 'Hoop Dreams' or 'Monster.' "

Reviews from the past 20 years will cover movies ranging from current releases to classic titles.

"Ebert & Roeper" (previously "Siskel & Ebert") is embarking on its 22nd season. It is distributed by Disney/ ABC Domestic Television.
