Everyone Wore White to the CMT Music Awards
Angels in Nashville.
White dresses ruled the red carpet at Wednesday night's CMT Music Awards in Tennessee at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena. Several stars stepped out in summer's hottest shade. But though there was plenty of ivory and silver, each celeb's unique flair kept the carpet from turning into a stale wash of white.
Nikki Reed opted for a '60s silhouette with her KaufmanFranco dress, which featured modern details such as a front cutout and silver halter embellishments, while Dancing With the Stars winner Rumer Willis added edge to her crisp white House of CB dress by accessorizing with a dark pendant necklace, a black manicure and glamorous Stuart Weitzman pink pumps.
Carrie Underwood chose the crisp color for her first public appearance since giving birth to son Isaiah in February. The new mom showed off her fit physique in a formfitting Thomas Wylde dress, which featured a heavy dose of silver beading. Erin Andrews, who co-hosted the event with Pitch Perfect 2 star Brittany Snow, hit the carpet in an elegant white column dress with subtle side cutouts outlined with silver embellishments.
