CMT Music Awards: Taylor Swift, Luke Bryan to Perform

Touring for more than a full year, Taylor Swift wrapped up her Speak Now Tour with 21 sold-out shows and $26,310,160 in revenue in 2012. She'll embark on her next tour, promoting her latest album Red, in early 2013.

Little Big Town and Miranda Lambert's Pistol Annies will also takes the stage at the June 5 awards show.

Beside being the night's entertainment, Hayes, Little Big Town, Bryan and Swift are among the nominees for 2013 Video of the Year.

The fan-voted awards program will be hosted by Jason Aldean and Kristen Bell.

Aldean is an eleven-time CMT Award nominee, and has been a CMT Artist of the Year honoree for the last three years. The Veronica Mars star hosted last year's awards show with country music superstar Toby Keith.

Until June 2, fans can vote online at CMT.com or by using the CMT Insider app to choose this year's winners. The six finalists for Video of the Year will be announced at the beginning of the show, allowing fans to vote throughout the live telecast to determine the night's big winner.   

The fan-voted awards show will broadcast live from Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on June 5 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT on CMT and CMT.com.
