The two companies will develop, produce and distribute unscripted and scripted formats.

The Company has teamed with international entertainment group Dori Media to develop, produce and distribute unscripted and scripted formats for the global market.

Through the new pact, The Company and Dori Media will target four to eight pilots each year, with the two companies already working on packaging their first joint project. The projects will come from internally developed projects and third-party concepts from Israel and the U.S.

For The Company, which produces USA's NFL Characters Unite docs and CNBC's The Profit, the agreement marks a concerted effort to expand its reach globally. It is also the company's first international pact.

“We have truly found a world-class partner in Dori Media and with this collaboration, we look forward to exponentially growing our business," said Charlie Ebersol, founder and CEO of The Company. "This venture allows us to create a vehicle for innovative producers to bring their project to life while being protected both creatively and financially.”

"Our respect for Charlie and The Company starts with his vision for changing the world through entertainment and his ability to positively move the needle,” said Nadav Palti, CEO and president of Dori Media. “This partnership is a savvy way to build on the working relationships we've established as well as the collective strengths of our two groups. We have had a winning presence in the international market for quite some time, and I am positive that the experience we’ve been building over the years will be a great asset to this partnership."

Added Jonathan Paran, CEO of Dori Media Darset: "We are excited about the potential of this business partnership, knowing the experience and creativity that both parties bring to the deal will allow us to develop and produce interesting formats for the international market."

Dori Media will produce the projects in Israel, Argentina and Asia, while The Company will produce in the U.S. Dori Media will distribute worldwide.

The Company was founded in 2010 by Ebersol and Mike Lanigan. Credits have included USA's The Moment, TNT's The Great Escape, Reelzchannel's Race to the Scene, History's Off the Grid: Million Dollar Manhunt and NBC's The Wanted.
