Rodman Flender's comic documentary about late night host Conan O'Brien on a 32-city tour sold to Canadian indie distributor Films We Like after SXSW bow and ahead of Hot Docs screening.

TORONTO – Canadian boutique distributor Films We Like has acquired the Canadian rights to Rodman Flender’s comic documentary Conan Obrien Can’t Stop, ahead of a Saturday night screening at the Hot Docs festival in Toronto.

Films We Like plans a July theatrical release of the film about the late-night host's post-"Tonight Show" live tour.

Flander’s doc follows O’Brien on a 32-city music-and-comedy  show to exercise his performing chops and exorcise a few demons.

The local first-window broadcast rights to Conan O'Brien Can't Stop are being handled by Mark Cuban's HDNet.

The deal was negotiated by Liesl Copland at WME Global for the filmmakers, with Ron Mann acting for Films We Like.

Conan O'Brien Can't Stop will be released by AT&T, Abramorama and Magnolia Home Entertainment stateside.
