Courteney Cox, Demi Moore Fete Jen Meyer's Superga Collab
The star-studded soiree also saw Kate Hudson, Jenna Dewan-Tatum and Sean Combs stepping out for the jewelry designer's latest project.
When Jen Meyer throws a party, you can bet Hollywood's biggest names will turn up for the fine jewelry maker. And that was the case on Monday evening when the L.A.-based creative celebrated her new shoe collaboration with Superga at Chateau Marmont's Penthouse.
Kate Hudson, Jenna Dewan-Tatum, Ashley Benson, Courteney Cox, Demi Moore, Sean "Diddy" Combs and Meyer's hubby Tobey Maguire were among the Hollywood boldfacers to fete the new range, which Meyer says came about after she got a call from Superga — though she didn't believe it at first.
"I didn't think it was real because I was too excited, then we started talking and it became this awesome, fun collaboration," an excited Meyer told Pret-a-Reporter. "I incorporated a lot of my jewelry into the shoes, which was really important for me. We did little things, like at the edges [pointing to the tip of her shoe lace], there's a J.M."
Launching this month, the Superga XO Jennifer Meyer sneakers come in a variety of colors (black, navy, baby blue, pink, cream and white). The low-tops are designed with gold pendant details or embroidered prints (think palm trees and the "shot through the heart" motif that Meyers is known for with her jewelry pieces), while the high-tops are embellished with gold triangular studs or a gold zip detail on one side.

As a self-described "legit fan of Superga" her entire life, Meyer shared that the first pair of Superga she ever owned was in the seventh grade. "I used to wear them with the scrunchy socks so they looked a little puffy, which probably wasn't a great look, but I thought they looked great," she shared.
The women's collection, priced from $149 to $199, are now available at Superga Stores nationwide and at superga-usa.com, with select styles available exclusively at Barney's New York. The cool kicks have also been designed for kids, retailing for $99.
Cox, who was seen mingling with other guests, described Meyers' designs — both her jewelry and shoes — as being able to "go with any style. These in particular are just cool. You can see she's wearing it with a dress right now — it just works."
