The 'Family Guy' creator received the Genius Award on Sunday night.

Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane received the Louis XIII Genius Award at Sunday night's Critics' Choice TV Awards.

In his speech, MacFarlane took barbs at everything from Duck Dynasty — which, like the awards show, airs on A&E — to himself.

Among his jokes:

— "Let’s not forget, I’m being called a genius on the network that airs Duck Dynasty. They believe hurricanes are caused by gay marriage. I wish I were joking."

— "I don’t win a ton of awards, so this is going to look great next to my soccer participation trophy. The word [genius] gets thrown around a lot, which is good because otherwise I probably wouldn’t be getting this."

— "Being called a genius in Hollywood is like being called thin at Disneyland."

— "I'd like to thank the people at Fox, who, years ago, took a chance on a quirky little animated show about a bumbling dad and his family, which I saw and created Family Guy."
