Cunningham wins overall deal

"Desperate Housewives" writer-producer Alexandra Cunningham has inked a two-year overall deal with series producer ABC Studios (formerly ABC TV Studio).

Under the seven-figure agreement -- Cunningham's first overall pact -- she will be upped to a co-executive producer on "Housewives" next season. She might also develop new projects for the studio during the second year of the deal.

Cunningham joined the comedic drama after the pilot and most recently was supervising producer on "Housewives," which is wrapping its third season.

Cunningham's credits include the series "Fastlane," "Pasadena" and "NYPD Blue."

She is repped by Endeavor and attorneys Patti Felker and Bruce Gellman.
