TV director a regular on Bruckheimer projects

TV director-producer Danny Cannon, who created the look and visual style of the "CSI" franchise, has signed with CAA.

Cannon has become the go-to director for Jerry Bruckheimer TV's biggest projects. He directed and executive produced the pilots for the company's hit series "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," "CSI: Miami" and "CSI: NY," on which he has served as an exec producer.

He also directed the pilots for Bruckheimer TV's CBS series "Eleventh Hour" last season and this fall's ABC drama "The Forgotten," which he also exec produces.

Additionally, Cannon exec produces Bruckheimer TV's TNT drama "Dark Blue," which he co-created and for which he directed the pilot.

Cannon is under an overall deal at Warner Bros. TV, where Bruckheimer TV is based.
