David Arquette Sells Beverly Hills Estate
The actor has sold the house he shared with Courteney Cox.
Arquette sold the Beverly Hills estate for an undisclosed price after listing the property for $19.5 million last year. Arquette and Cox originally purchased the spread in 2004 for $5.45 million.
Built in 1959, the estate was designed by famed architect A. Quincy Jones and sits on nearly an acre in the Trousdale Estates region of the city. The five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom house features a six-car garage and a circular swimming pool and fountain with an unobstructed vista.
Jonah Wilson of Hilton and Hyland had the listing, and Rayni Romito and Branden Williams also of Hilton and Hyland represented the buyer.
