Kathy Griffin got in some digs at Kris Jenner during Sunday night's Daytime Emmy Awards.

The actress-comedienne hosted the show at the Beverly Hilton and kicked off her monologue by recapping her experience at last year's ceremony.

She then shared her reaction to showing up at her designated table and realizing that she was sitting with Dr. Drew, Bethenny Frankel and Jenner, among others.

Her first thought regarding Jenner was that she "left the bedside of her own daughter" on the day Kim Kardashian gave birth to her baby girl, North West, with Kanye West.

Joking that the baby was "named after a compass," Griffin quipped: "Can South East be far behind?"

She continued: "I love that [Jenner] just left Cedars-Sinai [Hospital] and her daughter's bedside to come to the freakin' Daytime Emmys."

Griffin said she surmised that Jenner "must have had a side gig with a vodka because a photographer shows up and she kept posing with vodka shots. I was doing everything wrong because I was just showing up for the love of the game; I didn't know there were side deals."

Griffin added that while Jenner apparently had photos of the baby on her phone, she was guarding them fiercely.

"As if I can tell a new hour-old apart from another hour-old baby," she joked.
