DDA, Blueprint Launch Joint Public Relations Company
DDA Blueprint will encompass film, television and stage work in U.K. and L.A.
LONDON – DDA Public Relations and Blueprint Public Relations, two of the U.K.’s established PR firms, are launching a joint venture, DDA Blueprint.
The standalone company, owned 50/50 by DDA PR and Blueprint PR, aims to bring together the two companies’ reputations and expertise under one banner.
DDA CEO Lawrence Atkinson and COO John Stannard and Blueprint co-directors Janet Balmforth and Aimee Norman trumpeted the start-up Thursday (Dec 1).
DDA Blueprint will be headed up by Balmforth and Norman with Atkinson and Stannard serving as non-executive directors.
The quartet will form the start-up’s board.
The joint venture will see all Blueprint’s current and future business run through DDA Blueprint, with its operations and staff provided with a base at DDA PR’s headquarters in London.
DDA Blueprint will have access to DDA’s reach in the US through its offices in Los Angeles.
Blueprint PR brings extensive television and theater PR expertise to the DDA Group.
DDA Blueprint will primarily focus on the international television trade and theater publicity and current Blueprint PR theater head Kate Morley will lead the venture’s stage activity.
