The movie will begin production in spring of next year.

Demian Gregory will finance and produce the Michael Douglas-starrer The God Four.

Game of Thrones' Natalie Dormer, Suicide Squad's Jai Courtney and Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales' Brenton Thwaites also will star in writer-director Todd Komarnicki's adaptation of the Ron Irwin thriller.

The God Four centers on a filmmaker who, 10 years after graduating, looks back on his final year of college in a different light after the suicide of one of his former championship rowing crewmates.

Gregory will produce through his newly minted Aristocracy Group banner, alongside Peter Winther and Lars Winther, with Nicholas Cafritz and Robert Reed Peterson acting as executive producers.

The project is being co-financed by Aristocracy and Composite Media Capital, a film finance company run by Gregory, Cafritz and Peterson.

"We are thrilled to be working with Demian and his partners," Winther said Monday in a statement.

The film is looking to begin production in the spring.
