Facebook moves
Facebook's chief revenue officer Owen Van Natta is leaving the social networking company after more than two years. Van Natta, who was COO, played an instrumental role in securing Microsoft's $240 million investment in Facebook last year, which valued Facebook at $15 billion. Facebook also named Matt Cohler, previously vp strategy and operations, to vp product management.

Radio One replaces
Radio One has appointed Peter Thompson CFO, replacing Scott Royster, who left the radio group Dec. 31. Thompson was executive vp business development at Radio One. Before joining Radio One, Thompson was CFO of Universal Music in the U.K. Radio One owns 54 radio stations that primarily target black listeners.

TrialPay raises
TrialPay, a company backed by former Time Warner co-COO Bob Pittman, has raised $12.7 million in a second round of investments from Index Ventures, Atomico Ventures and some ex-PayPal executives. TrialPay combines online payments with online marketing, giving those who use its payment service discounts on advertised products from partners like Blockbuster.
