CFO Christine McCarthy, chief strategy officer Kevin Mayer and general counsel Alan Braverman will stick with the conglomerate.
The Walt Disney Co. extended employment agreements with its CFO and other executives, the conglomerate said in a regulatory filing Thursday.
Christine McCarthy will remain CFO and Kevin Mayer will remain chief strategy officer until June 30, 2021, according to the filing. Also, general counsel Alan Braverman was extended until July 2, 2019.
Disney also said Thursday it appointed Jayne Parker executive vp and chief human resources officer at a base salary of $975,000 annually.
Mayer and McCarthy each get a base salary of $1.5 million, plus Mayer gets an additional $200,000 as a one-year consultant once his term as chief strategy officer ends.
Back in March, Bob Iger extended his contract to remain CEO of Disney until July 2, 2019.
