The billionaire's estate was designed by renowned architect Gordon B. Kaufmann.

Dole Foods CEO David Murdock is currently asking $30 million for his house in Bel Air, which he originally picked up for $11 million after unloading the storied Casa Encantada in 2000.

The 12,400-square foot 1927 Colonial estate has six bedrooms and eight-and-a-half bathrooms, a spiral staircase, sun room, pool house, detached garage, tropical greenhouse and an expansive entry gallery complete with a 14-foot ceiling.

Last year, Murdock sold the Hawaii island of Lanai to fellow billionaire Larry Ellison for $300 million.

The listing is shared between Hyland and Rick Hilton of Hilton & Hyland and Karen Crystal and Nicki LaPorta of Sotheby's International Real Estate.
