Embattled Clippers owner Donald Sterling has put one of his houses up for rent, according to a new report.

Sterling is offering a Beverly Hills home for $15,500 a month, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The Spanish-style property, built in 1921, features a 3,315-square-foot main residence, a guesthouse, a pool and a spa, The Times reports and a listing for what appears to be the property confirms. The main residence boasts exposed-beam ceilings, French doors and hardwood flooring.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances while the living room has a wet bar, according to The Times. The detached guesthouse features one bedroom, one bath, an office and a fireplace.

Sterling purchased the property for $3.99 million in April 2013, according to The Times. Michael Libow of Coldwell Banker is the listing agent.

The listing for what appears to be the property also notes that the one-story residence has four bedrooms and four baths, including one of each in the guest house.

Sterling last month bought another Spanish-style home in Beverly Hills for $5.16 million, The Times reports.
