A female executive at Paramount reportedly claimed that the 'Ten Thousand Saints' actor assaulted her in a nightclub.

Emile Hirsch is currently under investigation by the Park City Police Department for an incident that allegedly occurred during the Sundance Film Festival over the weekend.

"Currently this is an active case that we’re still investigating," stated Capt. Phil Kirk of the Park City Police Department in an email. "We’ll be submitting the case to the Summit County attorney’s office for screening as soon as we complete the investigation.

A legal representative for the 29-year-old actor did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

According to Page Six, police were called after an unnamed female Paramount film exec alleged an assault at Tao Nightclub in Park City in the early morning hours of Sunday.

The actor was in Park City for the premiere of the drama Ten Thousand Saints, which he appears in along with Ethan Hawke, Asa Butterfield and Hailee Steinfeld.
