Endeavor partner Wiczyk leaves company

Endeavor partner Modi Wiczyk has resigned from the talent agency to become the co-CEO at film financing company Media Rights Capital.

Wiczyk joined the agency in 2002 as an agent in its film literary department, focusing on finance.

"We are sorry to see Modi Wiczyk leave the agency but are thrilled that we'll continue working with him in his new capacity," said the Endeavor partners in a statement. "He made significant contributions to the agency during his time with us."

Wiczyk was a key player for the agency in shepherding such films as Michael Moore's "Fahrenheit 9/11" and Moore's upcoming documentary "Sicko." Before joining Endeavor, Wiczyk served as head of production at Summit Films. Media Rights Capital has provided the funding for such recent films as "Babel."
