Endemol Shine Ups Julie Holland to VP Communications

With a focus on unscripted, Holland oversees press for Gordon Ramsay's 'MasterChef' franchise and such series as 'The Biggest Loser.'

Endemol Shine North America is upping PR vet Julie Holland, naming the 3-year veteran of the company vp communications.

"Julie has tremendous experience in nearly every facet of our business and she’s done a phenomenal job launching many of our top series over the last few years," said communications senior vp Joe Schlosser. "I’m thrilled she’s going to remain a major part of our communications team for years to come."

Holland joined Endemol Shine (then just Shine) three years ago after working with the production house on Fox culinary competition MasterChef for Triple 7 PR. She oversees all unscripted communication efforts at the company — as well as efforts around the brand, integration, commercial partnerships and ancillary products. She also supports Endemol Shine's corporate, consumer and internal communications efforts.

In addition to leading campaigns for Gordon Ramsay's MasterChef franchise, including the popular MasterChef Junior spinoff, Holland also handles Endemol Shine PR for NBC's The Biggest Loser, CNBC's Restaurant Startup and Steve Harvey's syndicated talker.

Prior to her time at Triple 7, Holland was a vice president for retail brand and engagement firm Two West and worked as a publicist at BWR.
