Pottermania is about to engulf London -- again.

Major Hollywood releases open the continental summer film season.

Moscow Transformed
When it opened the 33rd Moscow Int'l Festival on June 23, Michael Bay's Transformers: Dark of the Moon also kicked off Europe's summer festival season. The unprecedented blowout included a concert by Linkin Park in Red Square.

Hallowed Finale
All eyes will turn to Trafalgar Square on July 7 as central London is spellbound for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, the final installment in the franchise. Warner Bros. claims that the event is the first red carpet film premiere to be held in Trafalgar Square, and it's guaranteed to cause a media frenzy.

Beer Haul
The Munich Int'l Film Festival rolls out the beer barrel for Cannes darlings Jean-Pierre and Luc Dardenne, whose The Kid With a Bike opens the event June 23; lifetime achievement honoree John Malkovich; B-movie legend Roger Corman, on hand for the doc Corman's World; and director Tom DiCillo, who will introduce a retro of his work.
