Brett Feeney has been appointed vp production at Imagi, where he will oversee the company's animation production line and staff. Feeney, who will be based in Hong Kong, most recently was digital supervisor at Animal Logic in Sydney.

Program Partners has tapped David Hutchinson as senior vp program operations and new media and Chad MacDonald as executive director TV research, regional sales manager. Hutchinson, who was vp business development and operations, will be responsible for innovations in the company's program distribution systems and technologies and for expanding the reach and revenue opportunities of its brands on new-media platforms. MacDonald, who was director of research and regional sales, will expand his role to accommodate the growing program slate.

Karen White has been named vp sales and marketing at Pacific Soundwaves Sales, where she will build upon the company's client list to maximize its client services. White has held positions at Encore and Novastar and has worked with such clients as Miramax, DreamWorks and Paramount.

Ed Sullivan has been named chief marketing officer at Illuminate, where he will be responsible for all branding and marketing initiatives as well as helping clients with marketing strategies. Sullivan was chairman and CEO of Pittard Sullivan, a TV marketing and creative services company he co-founded, where he oversaw the company's domestic and international sales, marketing and expansion.

BMG Label Group, a new strategic marketing department from RCA Music Group and Zomba Label Group, has tapped Karen Lamberton as senior vp soundtracks and film and TV licensing and Donna Clower senior vp strategic marketing. Lamberton, who most recently was vp soundtracks and film and TV licensing at the RCA Music Group, will oversee and implement music placements in advertising, television and film projects and soundtrack deals for RCA Music Group and Zomba Label Group artists. Clower, who has been with J Records since 2000, was vp strategic marketing and artist development at the RCA Music Group.

Harold Gronethal has been upped to senior vp program acquisitions and international development at Rainbow Media. Gronethal, who most recently was senior vp program acquisitions and administration at Rainbow Entertainment Services, will be responsible for integration management of programming, sales and brand extensions across multiple platforms.

BET Networks has made several new appointments under the direction chairman and CEO Debra Lee. Janet Rolle is executive vp and chief marketing officer, Jeanine Liburd is senior vp communications and public affairs, and Alvin Bowles is senior vp integrated marketing. Rolle and Bowles join BET from AOL. Liburd was in corporate communications at Viacom.

Digital Intermediate colorist Michael Eaves has joined Encore Hollywood. Eaves' credits include "Night at the Museum," "Ocean's Twelve" and "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind."
