Jonathon Aubry has been upped to director of corporate and marketing communications at here! Networks, where he will manage all corporate communications and talent relations as well as oversee unit publicity efforts for the network's original productions. Aubry, who has been with here! since 2005, most recently was director of development at Outfest.

Geoffrey Smith has been named director of community relations at FilmL.A. The veteran location manager will spearhead community outreach and serve as a liaison among production companies, local government and the neighborhoods that host on-location production. Smith's management credits include "Knots Landing," "The Last Don," "American Pie," "Corrina, Corrina" and "Six Feet Under."

Karen Levi has been promoted to vp finance and operations at Fox Atomic. Levi joined Fox in 2000 as a senior analyst in international home entertainment finance and moved to Atomic in 2006 to serve as executive director of finance and operations. Before Fox, Karen served at TCW, an investment management firm.

Betsey Wagner Hoffman has been named senior vp at Andrew E. Freedman Public Relations. She has served in executive positions at Fox, CBS, People magazine and Goodman Media International. Also, Tara Steele, formerly of Endeavor, has been named publicist. She has worked with Giorgio Armani and the Elton John AIDS Foundation Charity.

Oren Lieber has been upped to vp national accounts, affiliate sales and marketing at Fox Cable Networks, where he will oversee the daily management of select national accounts. Lieber joined FCN in 1999 as manager of network development before he was promoted to director of national accounts. … Also at Fox, Matt Grim has been named director of affiliate sales and marketing at Fox Sports en Espanol, where he will be responsible for promoting the development and implementation of national marketing and sale strategies. Grim joined Fox in 1998 as an account executive.

Maddie Henri has been upped to vp original programming at HGTV. Henri, who joined HGTV in the spring, will continue supervising high-profile projects for the network. Henri most recently was vp international reality programming at Universal International Television & Networks Group.

James Warwick has been appointed president of the Los Angeles division of the Academy of Dramatic Arts. He has starred in productions by the BBC, PBS and onstage in London and on Broadway.

Alexander Dudley has been appointed senior director of corporate communications at Time Warner Cable, where he will serve as a corporate spokesperson reporting to Mark Harrad, senior vp corporate communications. Dudley joins TWC from Dan Klores Communications.

Joyce Campbell has been promoted to vp education and children's programming at KCET Los Angeles. Campbell will head a new department created to integrate business ventures into the network's commitments to education programming and outreach. Before coming to KCET in 1990, Campbell held positions at KQED in San Francisco and WETA in Washington.
