Pete Wentz recently listed his Studio City property for $1.239 million.

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom, ivy-covered house (built-in speakers included) measures 2,031 square feet and is outfitted with hardwood floors. The main house patio is complete with a fireplace and "exotic landscaping," according to the listing of the home on Reklaw Drive. 

Wentz is the bassist for the pop-punk band Fall Out Boy, which formed in the early 2000s. The group's albums include 2005's major label debut Under the Cork Tree and 2007's Infinity on High

Realtor Thomas Atamian of Dilbeck Estates is the listing agent.
