'Fast Times at Ridgemont High,' 'Silence of the Lambs' Among May Hollywood Forever Cemetery Screenings
Cinespia is presenting the 15th annual edition of the screening series at the Santa Monica Boulevard graveyard.
The outdoor movie screening is a Los Angeles summer staple.
When May rolls around, screens start popping up in parks, at the beach and on top of parking garages, but perhaps the best known summer screening series takes place at the Hollywood Forever cemetery.
Cinespia on Tuesday announced the first set of movies for their 15th annual screening series at the Santa Monica Boulevard graveyard.
Cameron Crowe's coming-of-age high school comedy Fast Times at Ridgemont High will kick off the screenings on May 14. Next up will be the Jodie Foster-starrer Silence of the Lambs on May 21. On May 28, audiences can watch the old-Hollywood classic Singing in the Rain, in the final resting place for much of the old Hollywood elite. And the next day, Steven Spielberg's E.T. will be shown.
Tickets for the screenings can be purchased here.
