'Fist Fight' Director to Helm New Line's Action Comedy 'Partners'

Fist Fight helmer Richie Keen is set to direct New Line's Partners, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed.
The action comedy centers on an LAPD detective who falls for a beautiful woman after a one-night stand but then learns that she is an FBI agent and his new boss on a high-profile case.
Sam Pitman and Adam Cole-Kelly wrote the most recent draft of the script, which was originally penned by Evan Turner.
Keen made his directorial debut with the Warner Bros. label's Fist Fight, starring Ice Cube, Charlie Day, Tracy Morgan and Jillian Bell. He previously helmed episodes of Fox's New Girl, FXX's It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia and ABC's The Goldbergs, among others, as well as the pilot of TV Land's Teachers. He is repped by CAA, Lonestar Entertainment and attorney Adam Kaller.
