Fox Exec Joins TV Land's Development Team

Dana Tuinier has been hired as vp development and original programming.

TV Land is expanding its development team.

Dana Tuinier, most recently director of current programming at Fox Broadcasting Company, has been tapped as vp development and original programming, reporting to Keith Cox, executive vp development and original programming.

Based in Los Angeles, she will be tasked with managing TV Land's existing original series, which include Hot in Cleveland and Jennifer Falls, as well as developing new projects.

She joins Brad Gardner and Rose Catherine Pinkney, both vps original programming, and will help oversee the strategic development of upcoming comedy series Younger, in addition to new pilots Impastor with Michael Rosenbaum and Teachers.

At Fox, Tuinier worked on New Girl, Bob's Burgers, Cosmos, Almost Human, Raising Hope, Enlisted and Glee. She was also manager comedy development and coordinator current programming.

"We are thrilled to have Dana on board as our department expands to accommodate the growth in our original series," said Cox in a statement. “Her experience working on a wide variety of shows in different formats is invaluable as TV Land explores new types of original programming.”

Tuinier is a graduate of Columbia College Chicago with a Bachelors in film, with a concentration in producing and development. She also graduated from the Fox Network Group High Potential Executive Training Program.
