Jessica Fang and David Espinosa are each given senior vp titles in the company's distribution division.

Two television executives have been bumped up the ladder, Fox Networks announced on Wednesday.

Jessica Fang is now a senior vp distribution, national accounts, where she is charged with overseeing relationships and negotiating agreements with distributors covering all of the company's platforms, including Fox's 44 owned-and-operated broadcast stations.

Fang came to Fox in 2002 as manager of national accounts. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a masters degree from Pepperdine University, Fang was named one of CableFAX’s Most Influential Minorities for the third year in a row in 2013.

Meanwhile, David Espinosa has been promoted to senior vp distribution, strategic analysis, where he will provide guidance for Fox's distribution activities. His expanded leadership role also includes negotiation, implementation and administration of affiliation and retransmission consent agreements between Fox and all major cable, satellite and telco providers.

Espinosa has been at Fox since 2006, beginning as a director of national accounts. After earning a  master's degree in business administration at UCLA, he spent time at Citibank and Banco Nacional de Mexico.

The announcement was made by Michael Biard, president of distribution at Fox Networks, who commented that Fang and Espinosa are "two of our brightest stars, and we are delighted to recognize their significant contributions with these well-deserved promotions."
