'The FOX News Specialists' will bow May 1 and have Williams, Timpf and Bolling discussing news of the day with two experts.

Eboni K. Williams, Katherine Timpf and Eric Bolling will host a new 5 p.m. program set to replace The Five. The announcement came Friday (April 28) from Fox News executive vp of programming Suzanne Scott.

The new show, The FOX News Specialists, bows Monday, May 1, and will have Bolling, Timpf and Williams discussing the news of the day with two experts. In making the announcement, Scott noted; “Eric, Katherine and Eboni’s diverse opinions and backgrounds will provide our audience with an hour of informative and entertaining analysis on daily stories that are most important to Americans. The combination of the co-hosts’ expertise in business, millennial and legal topics, respectively, will make for lively and compelling discourse.”

Bolling was previously part of the rotating panel on The Five, which on Monday took over the 9 p.m. slot in a programming shuffle after the April 19 ouster of Bill O'Reilly. Bolling previously worked as an independent trader and joined Fox News and Fox Business after several years on CNBC's Fast Money.

Williams, an attorney, joined Fox News as a contributor in 2015. She has appeared regularly on The Greg Gutfeld Show and had a weekly segment on Bill O'Reilly's program. In an interview with the New York Times, she said that she had met with executives in the network's human resources department to discuss ways to make it easier for women at the network to report problems. “The narratives at this point are either: A, you are suffering in silence, or B, your otherwise silent stance on the issues is some type of tacit compliance to wrongdoing. For me, neither of those are true," she told the Times. "We just want to do our jobs."

A political commentator, Timpf joined Fox News in 2015 as a contributor and also appears regularly on Gutfeld's show and across the network's afternoon and evening lineup. She also writes for National Review and hosts a weekly podcast on Barstool Sports.
