Fox's 'Dance' card full with 9.1 mil viewers

A two-hour "So You Think You Can Dance" kept Fox a cut above the competition Wednesday night.

The dance competition averaged 9.1 million viewers and a 3.8 rating/12 share, dominating every half-hour from 8-10 p.m. in all key measures.

Two other reality series, ABC's "The Next Best Thing" (6.2 million, 2.0/7) and NBC's "Last Comic Standing" (5.9 million, 2.6/8) finished second in the 18-49 demo in the 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. hour, respectively.

CBS' three-hour special "AFI's 100 Years ... 100 Movies" (7.7 million, 1.9/6), a countdown of the 100 best American movies that saw "Citizen Kane" named as No. 1, posted the lowest numbers for an AFI special in five years.
